Terraforming

You've found a great planet, consisting of hardly anything but polar caps, with huuuuge mountains of pure iron ore and more chemical elements any research geek could dream of. There are no nebulas, no radioactivity or other silly things and even the gravitation is nice and comfy.
But still, people are unsatisfied with their view... as if they could enjoy the view after working twenty hour shifts...

Terraforming helps. It becomes available with the research with the same name. Depending on whether or not you've already colonised a planet, you have the following options:

1. The Terraformer Alpha:
This is a ship that can push living conditions of a planet to up to 100%. Disadvantage: The planet becomes more interesting for other players too. To terraform a planet with this ship, it must not be occupied with a battle station or a mining station. For colonised planets, this terraforming has no effect at all.

2. Terraforming living conditions:
This is a speciality in the construction menu, that helps making colonised planets even a bit nicer. Theoretically, you can push your living conditions far beyond 100%, in practice this fails because of the costs. While you only have to pay a couple of hundred rabbits and resources for living conditions below 60%, it is already 20k resources per level from 60%-100% and beyond 101%, the costs will be millions and it becomes something for rich show-offs.

3. Atomic terraforming: See bombs.
